After your last shot or last glass of your drinks for the best effect, take the hangoverpills in an hour (or max in 2 hours) with a big glass of water, in case of your weight is

· up to 60 kgs – take 2 hangoverpills
· between 60 kgs – 90 kgs take 3 hangoverpills
· above 90 kgs, take 4 hangoverpills

If your drinking session is longer than an evening or a night party, for example you start your drinks at 2 pm early afternoon on the beach or at a garden party, or a daytime festival, and you finish drinking late at night, in such a special long period of time , like 6-12 hour long of alcohol consumption, please do not forget to take 2-3 hangover pills while partying and drinking, at least 2 times with a glass of water. The same method is suggested when you drink more than 5 shots or more than 5 beers in direct succession in a very short period of time.
